One thing I don't miss about the school year is all the germs. 

We had our healthiest year yet last year, and I largely attribute it to the vitamin protocol we were following. We've scaled it down over the summer but will start ramping back up over the next couple weeks and I thought I'd share what we'll be doing.

  1. Are you watching any good shows right now? We haven’t had a show that we’ve both looked forward to watching in awhile (which I don’t understand because who doesn’t love Flipping Out?
